Eligible applicants must demonstrate current or recent professional involvement in the ski or snow industry. Acceptable roles include employees of companies that design, manufacture, distribute or service skis, snowboards, bindings, boots, outerwear, avalanche equipment, grooming or snow-making machinery, resort infrastructure or related technologies; staff of ski or snowboard resorts such as lift attendants, instructors, patrollers, guides, race crews, terrain-park builders, snowmakers, groomer operators, rental or repair technicians, ticketing, guest services, food & beverage, lodging or transportation; independent or contract professionals such as certified instructors (e.g., PSIA, AASI, CASI), coaches, mountain guides, avalanche forecasters or safety educators; athletes with documented sponsorship or employment contracts; administrative, marketing, e-commerce, design or logistics personnel whose primary employer operates within the ski or snow sector. Proof may be employee IDs, pay stubs, certification cards, contracts, rosters or other official documentation linking the applicant to the industry.
