Eligibility covers anyone employed by or providing primary services to an entity whose core business centers on bicycles or e-bikes: designers, engineers, assemblers, factory staff, quality-control and test riders at manufacturers; teams at component, apparel, helmet or accessory brands; wholesalers, importers, distributors and logistics staff dedicated to bicycle goods; owners, mechanics, salespeople and fit specialists at brick-and-mortar or online retail, rental or mobile repair shops; cycling coaches, instructors, tour or guide operators with recognized credentials; race team managers, mechanics and support staff; marketing, creative, finance, customer-service and administrative personnel whose workload is devoted mainly to a bicycle company; journalists, event organizers, trade-association or advocacy employees whose funding originates principally from the bicycle sector; and students enrolled in accredited bicycle-specific technical training or certification programs.
