Eligible applicants include anyone whose main professional activity falls within the surf or skate ecosystem. This spans employees of surfboard, skateboard or accessory manufacturers; retail staff and managers at surf, skate or board-sport shops; workers at distribution centers, warehouses or e-commerce operations dedicated to these goods; designers, shapers, brand marketers, sales reps and product developers for surf/skate brands; event organizers, competition officials, judges and announcers serving surf or skate contests; certified surf or skate instructors, coaches and school operators; paid or volunteer lifeguards with recognized credentials; staff of skate parks and wave pools; sponsored athletes who can document active contracts; media professionals, photographers, videographers, writers and content creators whose published work focuses primarily on surf or skate; technicians who repair or customize boards, wheels or related equipment. Freelancers, contractors and seasonal workers are welcome if documentation such as pay stubs, contracts, licenses, certification cards, staff IDs, or credible press or sponsor passes clearly ties the applicant to the surf or skate industry.
