Eligible applicants are individuals whose paid employment, contractual role, or formal certification is directly connected to the commercial, technical, instructional, or scientific sectors of the firearm and tactical industry. This includes factory workers, engineers, designers, gunsmiths, CNC machinists, armorers, QA staff, wholesalers, import/export brokers, sales representatives, brand ambassadors, marketers, warehouse and logistics personnel, and anyone employed by firearm, ammunition, suppressor, optic, holster, body-armor, component, or accessory companies. Qualifying positions also cover staff of licensed gun stores, pro-shops, pawn shops with FFLs, and dedicated e-commerce firearm or tactical outlets, as well as employees of public or private ranges, ballistic laboratories, proof houses, and independent testing facilities. Certified professional firearm instructors, competition coaches, military or law-enforcement armorers, and contractors who deliver tactical training or armory services are eligible. Hobbyists, collectors, club members, or advocacy group participants without professional duties do not qualify.
