Manufacturers, airline employees & instructors
Eligibility extends to anyone with verifiable, professional ties to the aviation ecosystem. This covers employees of aircraft, engine, avionics or parts manufacturers (engineers, assemblers, QA, logistics, admin, etc.); personnel of airlines, charter operators or cargo carriers including pilots, cabin crew, dispatchers, ground and ramp staff, mechanics, cleaners, caterers, security, schedulers, customer-service agents, IT, finance and management; workers at airports, FBOs, MROs, aircraft leasing firms or aviation-focused consultancies such as air-traffic controllers, refuelers, baggage handlers, planners and compliance officers; certified flight, ground or simulator instructors, examiners and aviation safety or training staff; researchers, professors or graduate students whose funded work is directly related to aircraft operations or technology. Acceptable proof includes official ID badges, employment letters, recent pay statements, training or instructor certificates, uniform name tags, or other documents that clearly link the applicant to professional aviation duties. Recreational or student pilot credentials without paid or instructional affiliation are not sufficient.
Aviation Industry Workers are verified using a combination of digital data, including public and private resources, documents, and e-mail verification.
There are no unique e-mail domains or domain groups associated with Aviation Industry Workers.
Aviation Industry Workers who have previously verified are not required to re-verify for 1 year.
