Information must match

Therefore, the name you provide must match the name on your supporting documentation.

Extenuating Circumstances

You should use the name which will appear on your documentation. This is true even if your name has changed (for reasons such as marriage).

Missing Required Applicant Token

An Applicant Token is a unique, private link which allows you to complete verification.

Please contact {{ widget.account.title }} and tell them you've received this error. They will be able to provide you a valid link to complete verification.

Enabling this setting means you must generate Applicant Tokens via the API for each Applicant to complete verification. If this setting was enabled by mistake, disabling this setting will remove this error and allow Applicants to verify without an API-generated token.
